Application
It is mainly used to determine the resistance of internal pressure and short-time hydraulic burst to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature, which is designed for pressure testing plastic pipes and fittings in PE, PEX, PVC, PP, PB etc., glass fibre pipes, tubes.

Features
Due to the excellent thermal insulation of the basic container, even when the water temperature rises to 95 degrees, the outer lid stays at an ambient temperature to enhance security and to reduce power consumption by more than 70%.
Special lid seals keep steam and heat in the test bath and prevent injuries.
Quick-release couplings and ergonomic arrangements on the manifolds facilitate connection and disconnecting.
The braced frame provides excellent supporting capacity and anti-deformation capability. Lids are controlled pneumatically, with an adjustable degree of opening according to customer needs.
We offer a wide range of test bath sizes with 3 types of lids.
Automatic water level control, if the water level is lower than preset value, it will be re-established automatically by introducing water in a way that the preset temperature will not fluctuate too much (fluctuation is less than 0.2℃).
